The Entry/Exit System at Fiumicino
Since October 2025, non-EU travellers entering the Schengen area are registered in the EU's Entry/Exit System, with fingerprints and a facial image taken at the border. Fiumicino was one of the first Italian airports to adopt it. Where will my agent meet me at Fiumicino?
It depends on your flight, your terminal and the service level you choose. Where the airport allows it, we meet you as you leave the aircraft; otherwise in the arrivals hall, holding a card with your name. You receive the exact meeting point and your agent's name before you fly.
Can you help with a connection between Terminal 1 and Terminal 3?
