Cookie policy

Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser; similar technologies, such as the browser's session storage, do the same job. This policy explains which ones elysiumexclusive.com uses and why. It is run by Elysium VIP Service FZC LLC: the privacy policy explains how we handle personal data.

In short

Only what the website needs to work is used without asking. Statistics and advertising cookies are set only if you agree, through the banner shown on your first visit. You can change your choice at any time from Cookie settings, also linked at the bottom of every page. Refusing changes nothing in how the website works.

Strictly necessary, always on

• Your consent choice (cookie CookieConsent, set by Cookiebot): remembers what you chose, for 12 months, so the banner does not appear on every page.
• Booking draft (session storage, names elysium-booking and elysium-transfer): keeps what you type in the booking forms while you move between steps. It stays in your browser until you send your request or close the tab.
• Where your visit started (session storage, name elysium-attribution): the campaign tags of the link you followed and the name of the site that sent you, kept for this visit only and sent to us only with a booking request. It holds no identifier.
• Security: our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may set a technical cookie to tell people from automated traffic and protect the website. It lasts minutes and does not identify you.

Statistics, only with your consent

• Google Analytics 4 (cookies _ga and _ga_*, up to 2 years): counts visits and shows how pages and booking forms are used, so we can improve them. IP addresses are not stored by Google Analytics 4.

Advertising, only with your consent

• Google Ads (cookies _gcl_au and related, up to 90 days): tells us whether a visit that started from one of our Google advertisements led to a booking request, so we pay only for advertising that works. We do not use cookies to follow you across other websites with our own advertising.

These tools are loaded through Google Tag Manager, which itself sets no cookies, and the consent banner is provided by Cookiebot (Usercentrics). Until you agree, Google receives at most signals without cookies, as provided by Google Consent Mode. Google processes the data under its privacy policy, also in the United States, under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Services you choose to use

• Google Maps address search: in the transfer booking form, when you type an exact address, the page asks Google to suggest addresses and to measure the drive. Google then receives what you type and your IP address. Nothing is loaded from Google Maps until you start typing an address.
• WhatsApp: our WhatsApp buttons simply open WhatsApp with a message ready; once you are in WhatsApp, its own privacy policy applies.

How to control cookies

Use Cookie settings to change or withdraw your consent; withdrawing does not affect what happened before. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings.
