Rome and Milan, every day
Each airport has its own guide: terminals, distances and what to expect on arrival.
FCORome Fiumicino
At Terminal 1 or Terminal 3, your agent meets you as close to the aircraft as the airport allows, takes you through passport control and baggage claim, and walks you to your car. Central Rome is under an hour away.
MXPMilan Malpensa
Milan's intercontinental gateway is 50 km from the city. Your agent meets you at Terminal 1 or Terminal 2, guides you through the formalities and hands you to your chauffeur, for Milan or the lakes.
LINMilan Linate
Linate is minutes from the centre of Milan and made for business travel. Your agent turns the little time you spend there into no time at all.
VCEVenice Marco Polo
Your agent meets you at Marco Polo, takes you through the formalities and walks you to the airport's dock, where your private water taxi is waiting. About 30 minutes later, you step off at your hotel.
FLRFlorence Peretola
Peretola is small and close to the city. Your agent meets you on arrival, takes you through the formalities and walks you to your car: central Florence is about 20 minutes away.
NAPNaples Capodichino
Capodichino is the gateway to Sorrento, the Amalfi Coast and Capri. Your agent meets you on arrival, takes you through the formalities and hands you to your chauffeur, or to the ferry.
OLBOlbia Costa Smeralda
Olbia is quiet in winter and crowded on summer weekends. Scheduled or private, your agent meets you on arrival, takes care of the formalities and has your car ready for Porto Cervo, Porto Rotondo or the marina.
How it works
The same four steps at every airport.

Meet your agent
The day before, you receive your agent's name and the exact meeting point on WhatsApp.

We follow your flight
Early or late, your agent moves with your landing time. You never wait alone.

Through, without the queues
Passport control, the EU's new Entry/Exit registration and baggage claim, with priority lanes where open.

Straight to your car
Your chauffeur is waiting at the door. One contact, from the gate to your hotel.

Questions
Anything else, our team answers on WhatsApp.
How will I recognise my agent?
Before you travel we send you your agent's name and the exact meeting point. On the day, your agent waits holding a card with your name, and you have a direct WhatsApp line to them and to our operations desk.
What happens if my flight is delayed or lands early?
We track every flight in real time and move your agent to the actual landing time. A delay never means you are left waiting alone, and you are never asked to pay for our waiting.
Is fast track always available?
Priority lanes depend on the airport, the terminal and the border police on the day. Where they are open, we use them; where they are not, your agent stays with you and handles everything that can be handled. We tell you in advance what to expect.
Do you help with the EU Entry/Exit System (EES)?
Yes. Since October 2025, non-EU travellers are registered in the Entry/Exit System when they enter the Schengen area. Your agent explains the steps, guides you to the right kiosk or desk and stays with you until you are through.
How is the price worked out?
In Rome, Milan and Naples the price is published: Essential is €160 for one or two travellers and €45 for each one more, Signature with fast track and porter goes from €220 for one traveller to €595 for six. It is the same for an arrival or a departure, and taxes are included. Connections, the Private level and every other airport or station are quoted in writing within 2 hours. You pay nothing online.
Can you assist children, older travellers or passengers with reduced mobility?
Yes. Tell us when you request your quote and we organise the right support: wheelchair assistance through the airport's own service, help with pushchairs and bags, and extra time at every step.
Can I book for someone else?
Of course. Many requests come from executive assistants, families and travel agencies. We keep both you and the traveller informed, each on your own channel.
