The long drive into Milan

Where will my agent meet me at Malpensa?
At the terminal you land in, as close to the aircraft as the airport allows, otherwise in the arrivals hall with a card bearing your name. You receive the meeting point and your agent's name before you fly.
Can you take me from Malpensa to Lake Como or the Alps?
Yes. On request we arrange a private chauffeur from the terminal door to Milan, Lake Como, Lake Maggiore, the mountains or Switzerland.
Do you help with connections between Terminal 1 and Terminal 2?
Yes. We plan the shuttle, the bags and any security check in advance, and an agent travels with you between the terminals.
How will I recognise my agent?
Before you travel we send you your agent's name and the exact meeting point. On the day, your agent waits holding a card with your name, and you have a direct WhatsApp line to them and to our operations desk.
What happens if my flight is delayed or lands early?
