One terminal
Marco Polo has a single passenger terminal on the mainland at Tessera, with arrivals on the ground floor.
Flights from outside Schengen

The water dock
A covered walkway of about 7 to 10 minutes leads from the terminal to the airport's own dock, where water taxis leave for the city. A porter takes your bags the whole way.
By water taxi or by car
Cars stop at Piazzale Roma, about 20 minutes away; from there the city is on foot or by boat. A private water taxi from the airport dock reaches the Grand Canal and many hotel landings in about 30 minutes. We book it, and a porter takes your bags from the terminal to the boat.

Water taxi or car from Venice airport?
A private water taxi takes you to the Grand Canal and many hotel landings in about 30 minutes. A car goes only as far as Piazzale Roma, about 20 minutes away, where you continue on foot or by boat.
Who carries my luggage to the boat?
A porter takes your bags from baggage claim to the water taxi, and the boat crew hands them to your hotel.
Can you meet me at Venice airport for a cruise?
Yes. We arrange the transfer to the cruise terminal or your hotel, by car or by water taxi.
How will I recognise my agent?
Before you travel we send you your agent's name and the exact meeting point. On the day, your agent waits holding a card with your name, and you have a direct WhatsApp line to them and to our operations desk.
What happens if my flight is delayed or lands early?
